Made to order
Every physical item is printed on demand by our production partner after you order. Production normally takes 2 to 7 business days.
Delivery times
After production, typical delivery times are:
- United States and Canada: 3 to 8 business days
- Europe, United Kingdom and Norway: 4 to 10 business days
- Australia: 6 to 14 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If no delivery date is agreed, we deliver within 30 days of your order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Items in one order may ship separately from different production facilities.
Customs, duties and taxes
Items may be produced in your own region or shipped from abroad. For orders shipped into the EU, import VAT is handled by our production partner where possible. For other destinations, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery and are paid by the recipient.
Lost parcels and wrong addresses
If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will send a replacement or refund. Please check your address carefully at checkout. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address can be resent at the customer's cost.
