Terms of service

1. Parties

These terms apply to purchases from darksynthambient.com. The seller is Helge Wetteland, trading as Dark Synth Ambient, Thore Ellingsens veg 20B, 4352 Kleppe, Norway, email info@darksynthambient.com. The buyer is the person placing the order.

2. The agreement

The agreement consists of these terms, the information shown in the order process, and any written correspondence between us. The agreement is binding when you receive our order confirmation by email. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer law in your country of residence applies and is not limited by these terms.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. The total price, including shipping, is shown before you confirm the order. The seller is not registered for VAT in Norway. Payment is taken when the order is placed.

4. Production and delivery

Items are made to order. Delivery is described in the Shipping policy. Risk for the item passes to you when you or someone you appoint receives it.

5. Right of withdrawal, returns and faults

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and full statutory rights for faulty goods, as described in the Returns policy.

6. Personal data

We only process the personal data needed to complete your order and communicate with you. See the Privacy policy.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, music and text belong to Dark Synth Ambient. Buying a product does not grant any rights to reproduce the artwork or music.

8. Disputes

Contact us first and we will try to find a solution. Norwegian law applies, without limiting the protection you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence. Consumers in Norway can contact Forbrukertilsynet or Forbrukerrådet. Consumers in the EU can contact their national European Consumer Centre.
